World New Normal!! 

Greetings of the day!!

Hope every person in this world are aware and can never forget the worldly spread dangerous viruses COVID-19 (Corona Virus) since 2019 and still exist in different variants.  After my little sensitive observation (Ref from Digital and Print medias) I witnessed mortality in front of my eyes and how the Nursing Care Hospitals were struggled to attend an infected  patient, give first aid and run out of Oxygen, Ventilators, Medicines, Beds etc. The worst scenario was unable to attend even a critically ill patients really a pathetic situation. All of these suffering and turmoil are due to OUR HEALTH IMMUNITY SYSTEM INSUFFICIENT TO FIGHT WITH THIS DEADLY AND DANGEROUS VIRUS.

This is an absolute Negligence of our healthiness and taking our Health Granted!!

There is No Replacement for Human Lives and No Planet B as well. Hence I decided to write and create awareness of that our routine Healthy Quality Food intake is not sufficient to deal or battle with this new born viruses and suggesting some of the Immune Boosting Breakfast foods mentioned in this blog.
